Migrant held on ICE detainer after Ocean County drunk driving arrest

TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Hernan Sanabria-Morales has been sentenced in Ocean County for driving under the influence and is currently being held without bail.

According to inmate records, Sanabria-Morales was booked into the Ocean County correctional facility on May 22. Records show he was charged with operating a vehicle while drunk or drugged.

Sanabria-Morales has been sentenced to jail and his projected release date is May 31.

U.S. Immigration authorities have issued a detainer under component number 221-463-515.
