14-year-old boy reported missing from Staten Island home

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in locating a 14-year-old boy who was reported missing from his Staten Island residence on Sunday afternoon.

Benjamin Yergorov was last seen leaving his home near Walcott Avenue around 1 p.m., according to police from the 121st Precinct.

Yergorov is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and black sneakers.

There were no immediate reports of suspicious circumstances, and no medical issues have been disclosed in connection with his disappearance.
