REDDING, CT — A Lucky Loot scratch-off ticket purchased at Caraluzzi’s Georgetown Market in Wilton has delivered a $50,000 top prize, the Connecticut Lottery confirmed Friday.

The winning ticket was sold on June 6 and marks another significant win in the state’s lineup of instant games. Caraluzzi’s Georgetown Market, located in Redding, is now among the list of retailers to have sold a top-tier prize.

The winner has not yet been publicly identified. Under Connecticut law, winners of lottery prizes are part of the public record unless the prize is claimed through a legal trust.
