BELL TOWNSHIP, PA — Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a Bell Township man accused of making terroristic threats against state troopers, dispatchers, and their families.
Damon Deemer, 59, is wanted by Troop A – Kiski Valley Station for allegedly placing multiple harassing phone calls to PSP, during which he threatened to travel to various PSP stations and shoot law enforcement personnel and their relatives. The calls were received after an earlier incident on Thursday.
At approximately 6:45 p.m. on June 20, Deemer reportedly arrived at the Forest Hills Police Department carrying a loaded magazine in his front pocket. Police say he broke through a locked front entrance by damaging the door frame to gain entry into the building.
Authorities have not disclosed what prompted Deemer’s visit to the Forest Hills Police Department or whether any confrontation occurred inside the station. No injuries were reported in connection with the incident.
The Pennsylvania State Police described the threats as credible and are actively seeking Deemer’s whereabouts. A warrant for his arrest has been issued on charges of terroristic threats and related offenses.

Deemer’s current location is unknown. He is described as a white male born on March 19, 1966, residing in Westmoreland County. State Police are asking anyone with information about Deemer’s location to submit a tip through the Crimewatch portal or contact Troop A directly.
