NEW CASTLE, Del. — Delaware State Police have identified the woman killed in a pedestrian crash Wednesday night as 50-year-old Ugochi Chiaha of Annapolis, Maryland.
The fatal collision remains under investigation by the Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Troopers are seeking witnesses to the incident and encouraging anyone with information to contact Master Corporal R. Kunicki at 302-365-8417.
