PERTH AMBOY, N.J. — Thousands are expected to gather along the Raritan Bay waterfront on Tuesday for the annual “Celebrate our Stars & Stripes” concert and fireworks show, set to begin at 4:30 p.m. and continue through the evening.
The event will culminate in a 25-minute fireworks display launched over the bay, featuring more than 3,000 shells and special effects. The show, produced by Garden State Fireworks, will include glittering, strobe, and whistling effects in a variety of colors, all synchronized to a patriotic musical soundtrack.
Spectators will have prime viewing spots from Sadowski Parkway in Perth Amboy and the Raritan Bay Waterfront Park in South Amboy. Both locations will also host live music and entertainment beginning at 3 p.m., with food trucks and arts and crafts vendors set up along the waterfront areas.

The celebration is free and open to the public. In the event of inclement weather, the fireworks will be rescheduled for Wednesday, July 3.
