AKRON, Ohio — A lucky customer at Firestone Mini Mart in Akron scored a $100,000 prize on a $10 Bingo 50X scratch-off ticket, Ohio Lottery officials confirmed Friday.

The winning ticket, purchased at 1459 Aster Avenue, represents the game’s second-tier prize. After federal and state withholdings, the winner will take home about $72,000.

Bingo 50X still has five $100,000 prizes unclaimed, along with two $500,000 top prizes available as of Friday. The overall odds of winning any prize on the game are 1 in 3.21, according to the Lottery.

Since 1974, the Ohio Lottery has contributed more than $33 billion to support public education across the state.
