BALTIMORE, Md. — A 28-year-old man was shot and wounded Monday night in a Northern District incident under investigation by city detectives, police said.
Officers responded around 9:40 p.m. to reports of a shooting at the intersection of Greenmount Avenue and 33rd Street, where they found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
Medics took the man to a local hospital, where he was treated for injuries described as non-life-threatening.
Investigators believe the shooting actually took place in the 3100 block of Old York Road before the victim made his way to the Greenmount Avenue area.

Police said no other injuries were reported in the area.
