One dead, two injured in triple stabbing in Queens overnight

QUEENS, N.Y. — A man was killed and two others injured early Saturday morning during a triple stabbing near Sutphin Boulevard and 112th Avenue in South Jamaica, according to the NYPD.

Officers responded to a 911 call around 1:50 a.m. and found three men suffering from stab and slash wounds. A 24-year-old male had a slash wound to the abdomen, a 25-year-old male was stabbed in the left torso, and another 25-year-old male had a stab wound to the chest.

All three victims were transported by EMS to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. The two survivors are listed in stable condition, while the man stabbed in the chest was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending family notification.

No arrests have been made, and police said the investigation is ongoing.
