TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Four individuals are being held without bail at the Ocean County Jail following a series of charges including home invasion, aggravated assault, and criminal restraint, according to records filed Sunday.
Two of the individuals arrested have outstanding ICE immigration detainers.
Police did not disclose the details of the incident, and the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office has not released any information regarding the crimes committed by these violent migrant offenders.
The suspects — Celso Rivera Rivera, Blanca Elizabeth Rivera Rivera, Jose Rivera Rivera, and Corbin Osmin Quintanilla-Bueso (also listed under the alias Brayan Antonio Trejo-Pineda) — were taken into custody on July 6 and face multiple charges stemming from a violent incident.
Each has been charged with burglary-home invasion (2C:18-2.1), aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury (2C:12-1B(1)), criminal restraint with risk of serious bodily injury (2C:13-2A), threat to kill (2C:12-3B), and criminal mischief (2C:17-3A(1)). All four remain in custody with no bail set.
