Baltimore County police seek help identifying guardians of found 3-year-old in Dundalk

DUNDALK, Md. — Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the guardians of a 3-year-old child found near 3003 North Point Road on Tuesday.

Officers from the Dundalk Precinct located the child and are working to determine his identity and locate his family.
