PITTSBURGH, PA — A winning Pennsylvania Lottery Fast Play ticket worth $461,456 was sold in Allegheny County, lottery officials announced Monday.
The progressive top-prize ticket was for the Money Power Progressive game and was sold on July 3 at the Giant Eagle located at 4110 Brighton Road in Pittsburgh. The store will receive a $500 bonus for selling the ticket.
Money Power Progressive is a $20 Fast Play game that features a rolling jackpot starting at $350,000. Unlike traditional lottery games, Fast Play tickets are printed instantly and can be played immediately without waiting for a drawing or scratching.
Players can check tickets using a scanner at any lottery retailer or through the Ticket Checker feature on the Pennsylvania Lottery’s mobile app. The identity of the winner has not yet been released, and the prize must be claimed within one year from the date of purchase.
Anyone holding the winning ticket is urged to sign the back immediately and contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to begin the claim process.
