6-foot-3 creep busts into Cumberland home, demands cash

CUMBERLAND, MD — Police are investigating a home invasion robbery that occurred late Tuesday night on Pennsylvania Avenue, where a suspect forced entry into a residence and demanded money.

Cumberland Police responded to the first block of Pennsylvania Avenue at 10:40 p.m. on July 15 after a 911 call from the victim. According to the report, an unknown male, described as approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall, entered the home without permission and demanded cash. No injuries were reported.

The Cumberland Police Department is working with the Combined County Criminal Investigations Unit (C3I) to identify the suspect. Authorities have released no further identifying details and said the investigation remains ongoing.
