Man stabbed multiple times, killed overnight in Brooklyn park

BROOKLYN — A man died after being found with multiple stab wounds in East New York early Sunday, police said.

The victim, whose identity has not yet been released, was discovered around 1:20 a.m. with stab wounds to the chest near the corner of Stanley Avenue and Louisiana Avenue.

EMS responded and transported the man to One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

There have been no arrests, and the investigation remains ongoing.
