Four people, including two children, shot and critically injured in North Philly

PHILADELPHIA — Four people, including two juveniles, were critically injured in a shooting late Wednesday night in North Philadelphia, according to police.

Officers from the 22nd District responded to the 2300 block of Lambert Street at approximately 9:38 p.m. after receiving reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, police discovered four victims with gunshot wounds.

The victims include one adult female, one adult male, one juvenile male, and one juvenile female. All were transported by police to Temple University Hospital.

All four victims are currently listed in critical condition.

Police have not yet released the identities or ages of the victims, and no arrests have been announced. Investigators have not confirmed a motive or whether the victims were targeted.

The investigation is ongoing.
