Perv sought after placing device under woman’s dress at Brooklyn Target

BROOKLYN — A 26-year-old woman was targeted in a disturbing incident inside a Brooklyn Target on Wednesday evening, according to police.

The woman was shopping at the store located at 1715 East 13th Street at approximately 8 p.m. when an unidentified man approached her from behind and placed an electronic device under her dress.

The individual fled the location immediately after the act and remains at large. The victim was not injured.

Authorities have released a description of the suspect, who is described as a male with a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and black shorts.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.

Police are seeking information as they work to identify the man involved in the incident.
