Teen arrested in fatal May 4 Glen Burnie shooting of 18-year-old Jonathan Guiliani

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Anne Arundel County Police have arrested a 17-year-old in connection with the fatal shooting of Jonathan Guiliani, 18, who was killed in Glen Burnie on May 4.

Mactouko Ryan, of Elkridge, Maryland, was arrested on July 22, 2025, and charged as an adult with murder. Detectives identified Ryan through investigative efforts, though a motive has not yet been determined.

Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 5:00 a.m. on May 4 in the 800 block of Aquahart Road. Guiliani was found at the scene with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead by fire department personnel.

The Homicide Unit and Evidence Collection Unit processed the scene and gathered multiple pieces of evidence. Investigators continue to seek additional information related to the case and urge the public to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
