RILLTON, PA — A Pittsburgh man is facing drug and firearm charges after an undercover operation in Westmoreland County led to the seizure of crystal methamphetamine and a ghost gun, authorities said.

The Westmoreland County Drug Task Force, along with agents from the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and North Huntingdon Township Police, arrested 51-year-old Chad Chamberlin following an investigation into methamphetamine trafficking in Westmoreland and Allegheny counties.

Investigators said a confidential informant helped undercover officers arrange a meeting with Chamberlin at a residence in Rillton. During the operation, Chamberlin allegedly delivered an ounce of crystal meth and an AR-15 rifle.

Authorities took Chamberlin into custody at the scene. He is facing multiple drug and firearm charges as the investigation continues.
