At around 3:07 p.m., a 911 call alerted police to a stabbing at 684 Hegeman Avenue in East New York, within the 75th Precinct. Responding officers found Diego Sandoval Nava, 33, inside the apartment with multiple stab wounds to the torso.
Emergency services rushed Nava to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
There have been no arrests. The investigation remains active.
