$20k Winning Lottery Ticket Sold in South Charleston

SOUTH CHARLESTON, OH – Chester Nibert of Springfield won a $20,000 prize after playing the Ohio Lottery’s $10 Precious Diamonds scratch-off. The winning ticket was purchased at Flagway #19, located at 40 North Chillicothe Street in South Charleston.

As of today, 37 prizes of $20,000 remain in the Precious Diamonds game. Nibert beat odds of 1 in 185,714 to claim his prize.
