WEST HARTFORD, CT — A lucky Connecticut Lottery player is celebrating a $20,000 win after purchasing a 20X Cash 9th Edition ticket at Sam’s Food Store in West Hartford, officials announced Wednesday.
The winning ticket, part of one of Connecticut Lottery’s most popular scratch-off series, was purchased by a player from Farmington.
