21-year-old shot dead in Trenton suburb of Ewing

EWING, NJ – The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Ewing Police Department are investigating a shooting homicide that occurred in the township Monday afternoon.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Monday, November 22, 2021, Ewing police were dispatched to a residence in the 200 block of Douglas Avenue for a person shot.  Upon arrival, officers located the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  He was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center and pronounced dead a short time later.

The victim has been identified as Mark Hudson, Jr., 21, of Ewing.  No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Jennifer Eyster with the Mercer County Homicide Task Force at (609) 989-6406.
