21-Year-Old Shot While Walking in Baltimore

Baltimore, Md. – A shooting in the Northeast District of Baltimore has left a 21-year-old man injured.

On October 5, at approximately 11:40 p.m., officers on patrol heard gunfire near the intersection of Hillen Road and Cold Spring Lane. A male victim flagged down the officers and informed them that he had been shot. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Preliminary information indicates that the victim was walking in the 1600 block of East Cold Spring Lane when he heard gunshots and began to run.

Northeast District shooting detectives have responded to the scene and are leading the investigation.
