EAST PROSPECT BOROUGH, PA – Wyatt W. Miller, a 22-year-old from Wrightsville, has been charged in relation to acts of child [censored]ography near Creekside Drive.
The Lower Windsor Township Police Department, upon completing their investigation, procured an arrest warrant for Miller at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office.
Miller’s arrest warrant was served on Saturday.
A preliminary hearing is to be scheduled soon at the same judge’s office.
It should be noted that Miller remains innocent until proven guilty in court.
