PHILADELPHIA, PA- On Saturday, officers responded to the 1900 block of North 19 Street on reports of a person with a gun.
Upon arrival, officers found an unresponsive 26-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The suspect was identified to be 22-year-old Marcus Whitehead.
