23-Year-Old Injured in Baltimore Shooting

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND — A shooting incident in Baltimore’s Western District is currently under investigation after a 23-year-old male victim walked into a local hospital with a gunshot wound yesterday evening.

The call, which came in at approximately 6:36 p.m., prompted a swift response from officers to the hospital, where the victim was found suffering from injuries deemed non-life-threatening.

The initial findings of the investigation point to the 2700 block of West Lafayette Street as the location of the shooting. Western District Shooting detectives have since taken over the investigation, piecing together events that led to the incident.

The Baltimore Police Department is actively seeking information from the public to aid in their investigation.
