23-Year-Old Man Critical After Gunshot Wound to Chest in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD — A shooting incident in Baltimore’s Southeast District is currently under investigation following the injury of a 23-year-old male victim Sunday morning at 11:43 am.

Southeast patrol officers responded to the 1700 block of Manor Avenue after receiving reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found the young male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, where his injuries were deemed non-life-threatening.

Southeast District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation of this incident.
