BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – On December 31, 2021, at approximately 8:18 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.
Once there, officers located a 23-year-old male suffering from a graze wound to the head. Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot while in the 2800 block of Clifton Avenue by an unidentified suspect.
