23-Year-Old Shot in Hand During Dog Walk in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A 23-year-old walking his dog yesterday afternoon in Southwest Baltimore was shot in the hand.

Southwest District patrol officers arrived at an area hospital around 12:40 p.m. following reports of a walk-in gunshot victim. They found a 23-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his left hand, who is currently in stable condition.

While walking his dog in Carroll Park, the man heard the sound of gunshots and soon found out he had been shot.
