MIDDLETOWN, DE – Kristopher Battles, a 24-year-old resident of Bear, Delaware, has been identified by the Delaware State Police as the individual who lost his life in a fatal collision on Tuesday.
The incident is still under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit.
Troopers are urging anyone who might have witnessed the collision to reach out to Corporal D. Franck at 302-660-3783.
