BALTIMORE, OH- The Baltimore Sunoco sold a winning ticket to a $25,000-a-year-for-life prize in Monday’s Lucky for Life drawing.

The ticket matched all five numbers: 9-21-24-29-36, to win the game’s second-tier prize.

The Sunoco, located at 539 South Main Street in Baltimore, receives a $2,500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

According to lottery officials, “The winner, who has not yet come forward to claim the prize, has 180 days from the draw date to file a claim. Ohio’s last $25,000-a-year-for-life prize was sold December 30, 2021, at Discount Drug Mart in Elyria.”
