GOSHEN, Conn. — A Connecticut Lottery player won $25,000 on a $1,000,000 Titanium scratch-off ticket purchased at the North Elm Mobil in Torrington, officials announced.

The winning ticket was part of the popular $1,000,000 Titanium scratch-off game, which offers multiple prize tiers and a top prize of $1 million. The ticket was purchased on October 25.
