26-Year-Old Shot and Killed on West Franklin

Baltimore, MD – In the early hours of today, at approximately 1:49 AM, Southwest District patrol officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of West Franklin Street in response to a shooting report. Upon arrival, they discovered a 26-year-old male victim with gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response from medics, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The initial investigation indicates that the victim was shot in the 1700 block of West Baltimore Street. A citizen then transported him to the location where he was found.
