28-Year-Old Man Fatally Shot in D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating the shooting of a 28-year-old man Tuesday evening in Southeast, D.C.

Just before 7:30 pm, officers arrived at the 4000 Block of Livingston Road to investigate a report of a shooting. At the location, police found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

28-year-old Nathaniel Holmes of D.C. was identified as the victim. Police are looking for a silver vehicle that may have been involved in the shooting.
