29 year-old Arrested And Charged with Attempted Murder in Baltimore Shooting

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – On November 18, 2021 at approximately 1:00 p.m., Western District officers responded to the 2100 block of Braddish Avenue for a shooting.

Once at the scene, officers located a 29 year-old male who was suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was treated and released the next day. Detectives were able to interview potential witnesses and identified the shooter.

On December 2, 2021 at approximately 7:10 p.m., Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested 29 year-old Travis Johnson in the 1900 block of Christian Street. Johnson was transported to the Western District where he was interviewed, and then to Central Booking where he has been charged with 1st Degree Attempted Murder.

Travis Johnson is being held in Central Booking on a no-bail status.
