BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A 29-year-old man was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head on the 500 block of East Patapsco Avenue in Southern Baltimore last night at approximately 8:56 p.m.
Officers arrived at the scene to find the victim lying in the street. Medics pronounced him deceased upon their arrival.
