30-year-old man shot in Brooklyn in stable condition

FDNY Ambulance on scene to provide medical assistance to victims.

BROOKLYN, NY – The New York City Police Department seeks information regarding a non-fatal shooting incident that occurred early morning on Wednesday, near Maple Street and Flatbush Avenue.

Around 12:08 am, two groups of unidentified individuals engaged in a physical altercation. During the altercation, a firearm was discharged, striking a 30-year-old male in his left leg. The victim was transported to Kings County Hospital in stable condition. The suspects remain at large and are unknown.
