31-Year-Old Shot Early Labor Day Morning in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD – police in Baltimore are investigating the early Monday morning shooting in the Central District that left one man hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the leg.

On September 5, 2022, at approximately 12:24 a.m., Central District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

“Once there, officers located a 31-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg,”
police reported. “The victim’s injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.”

According to police investigating the incident, no suspects or motives have been announced at this time. No arrests have been made.
