31-Year-Old Shot Twice on Lamar Place

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A shooting incident in the city’s 8th District has left a 31-year-old male victim with injuries.

Occurring at 31XX Lamar Place around 1:48 a.m., the victim suffered gunshot wounds to the left ankle and hip.

The injured party is currently in stable condition following the overnight event.

As of now, no weapons have been recovered, and no arrests have been made.

The Philadelphia Police Department is actively investigating the shooting and asked anyone with information to come forward.
