34-Year-Old Stabbed And Killed In D.C., Suspect Arrested

WASHINGTON, D.C. – 34-year-old Johnathan Craig of Maryland was stabbed on March 9th in Southeast, D.C. He did not survive.

Shortly after 2:30 am, officers from the D.C. MPD arrived at the 1600 Block of 17th place to investigate a report of a stabbing. At the location police found the victim suffering from a single stab wound. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

An investigation of the stabbing led police to the arrest of 64-year-old Garland Davis of D.C. Davis was arrested on Wednesday and charged with second-degree murder.
