35-Year-Old Shot in Torso in Sunday Afternoon Shooting

BALTIMORE, MD – A 35-year-old man was rushed to the hospital after being shot in the abdomen Sunday afternoon.

According to police, at approximately 2:08 p.m., Southwest District officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of West Fairmount Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

“When officers arrived at the scene, they located a 35-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The victim was transported to an area hospital by ambulance,” police said.
