Forrest purchased the winning ticket at Circle K #5228, located at 1602 State Route 28 in Loveland.
After federal and state tax withholdings, Forrest will receive $36,000. As of Sept. 13, there are five prizes of $50,000 remaining in Money Multiplier, as well as other great prizes from $10 to $500,000. Forrest beat odds of 1 in 192,000 to win.
The Ohio Lottery has contributed more than $27 billion to education since 1974.
