The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance to locate Missing Person Sylvestina Cox. Sylvestina was last seen on Thursday, July 14, 2022, on the 23xx Oakdale St.
Sylvestina is 54 years old, 5’0″, 180 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and frequents the area of 54xx Whitby Ave.
