PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police have issued a missing person bulletin for a 54-year-old woman missing since Wednesday.
The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 54-year-old Missing Person Lisa Mills also known as Lisa Brown. She was last seen at 12:00 P.M., on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, on the 36XX block of North 13th Street.
She is 5’5″, 150 lbs., medium build, medium brown complexion, brown eyes, short black hair dreads. Her clothing description is unknown at this time.
