56-Year-Old Critically Injured in Hit and Run

The Syracuse Police Department is investigating a hit and run crash that left a woman in critical condition.

On October 18, at approximately 7:36 PM, a hit-and-run incident on James Street’s 400 block left a 56-year-old woman critically injured. The victim was crossing the street when struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.

Syracuse Police, upon arriving, discovered the victim with grave injuries to her head and legs. She was immediately rushed to Upstate Hospital for medical attention. The authorities have initiated an investigation to identify and apprehend the perpetrator.
