57-year-old woman sexually assaulted at Bronx affordable housing construction site

NEW YORK, NY – Police in New York City are searching for a male suspect wanted for sexually assaulting a 57-year-old woman inside a Bronx affordable housing project construction site.

On December 10th, at around 10 pm, an unknown male forced the woman into the fenced in construction site at 4519 White Plains Road.

According to detectives with the 47th Precinct, the man forced the woman to perform a sexual act.

The 82,46 square foot project, funded by the DOE Fund, will provide 98 affordable housing units and 20 senior living units at the 4519 White Planes Road site.

At this time, no arrests have been made and the police are asking the public to come forward if they can identify the suspect.

The victim’s condition is unknown.
