59-year-old urgently missing, last seen in Southeast D.C

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Patrick Fantroy, 59, was last seen on January 17 around 12 p.m. in the 4800 block of Bass Street, Southeast, and efforts to locate him are ongoing.

Fantroy is described as a Black male, standing 5’9″ tall and weighing 185 pounds. He has a clean-shaven head, no facial hair, brown eyes, and a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a beige coat with a hood, black shorts, and black snow boots.
