PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is appealing to the public for assistance in locating Catherine Williams, a 63-year-old individual who has been reported missing.
Catherine Williams was last seen on Monday, July 3, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. in the 200 block of East High Street. Descriptive details have been provided to aid in Catherine’s identification. She is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 115 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a tan leopard print shirt, tan pants with zippers all over, and blue Crocs. There is a possibility that Catherine could be in the area of the 700 block of West Somerset Street.
