PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in finding a missing person named Jose Rosario. Jose was last seen on June 11, 2023, at 12:00 pm in the 700 block of West Wingohocking Street.
Jose Rosario is described as a 64-year-old individual, standing at 5’8″ and weighing approximately 150 lbs. He has a bald head, green eyes, and a thin build. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a red T-shirt, khaki shorts, blue Sketcher sneakers, a black “Obama” hat, glasses, and a black G-Shock watch.
