PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s help in locating 65-year-old Alli William Forman, who has been reported missing. Alli was last seen on May 24, 2023, at approximately 6:22 p.m. and resides in the 1800 block of West Ontario Street.
Alli William Forman is described as 5’7″ tall, weighing around 165 lbs, with an average build. He has brown eyes, a light brown complexion, and balding grey hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing camo-colored pants, a tan-colored t-shirt, and possibly a black jacket. It is important to note that Alli is reported to have medical issues.
